Partner with parents to lead kids to become fully devoted followers of Christ. Help kids birth-6th grade learn about who God is and who they are through age-specific lessons, small groups, and tons of fun.

Beginnings
Create a safe and loving environment for babies and begin the partnership between parents and Life.Church.

Position Tasks:

  • Create a safe, comfortable, and loving atmosphere for parents to leave their infants in your care. 
  • Nurturing infants and tending to their needs while in your care which can include; changing diapers, rocking to sleep, and feeding. 
  • Partnering with parents to provide best care for their infants.

Small Groups
Invest in a small group of kids and help lead them to the purpose God has for their lives while also partnering with their parents.

Position Tasks:

  • Create a safe, comfortable, and loving atmosphere for parents to leave their kids in your care. 
  • Lead through prepared content to teach kids the weekend lesson.
  • Create a fun, welcoming environment for kids as they engage with each other. 
  • Partner with parents to best tend to the needs of their kids.

Guest Services
Set the culture of relationships and safety as soon as families arrive.

Position Tasks:

  • Create a high energy, comfortable atmosphere for families as they arrive to check in their kids.
  • Communicate effectively with families and answer any questions they may have.
  • Help new families register their kids and walking them through LifeKids area so they know what to expect.
  • Communicate needs and expectations with Beginnings and Small Group Leaders effectively as kids and families check in.
